Headteachers are often too busy to manage or run busy wrap around care for the parents who send children to their school. We work hard to make sure they can provide this valuable service to parents but don’t experience the additional challenges it can sometimes present. We work in partnership with schools to offer a complete solution to childcare needs that fit around the hours of the school day and it’s one drop off and one pick up for parents. Wrap around provision generally supports children who attend the school. We provide holiday clubs too – for each of the school holidays or just a few weeks at a time and these are open to children in the community, whether they attend the school we run from, or not.

Whilst we have our own principles, approach to quality and standards, we model our service on the ethos of the school and listen carefully to the views Headteachers and school staff have in terms of providing this valuable service to parents and we build the provision around this. We are proud to be a flexible provider. It’s typical for day nurseries to offer full day, half day and ‘school day’ sessions and whilst our fees reflect these arrangements, all you need to do is let us know what you need and we’ll accommodate you, putting a ‘bespoke’ package together for you, provided we have availability!

Our quality approach means we start first with our staff. In the same way we want to listen to others needs and build services around these, we must engage in exceptional ways with our people so you get the best out of them. We want to know what makes them ‘tick’, provide them with challenges that will stretch them and test their abilities so they can experience satisfaction in their roles. We put them through mandatory ‘in-house’ training which, whilst necessary to the sector, is fun and stimulating for them too – enhancing their experience and making them think and ‘perform’ in better ways. We’re always looking for opportunities to recognise and reward our people, after all, their on the ‘front-line’ building relationships with you and we know you value their contributions as much as we do!

We send them away for hotel stays and dinner ‘on us’, we pop little ‘thank you’s’ in their chill out spaces, just so they know how much they mean to us and we push them to achieve qualifications in the sector higher than their current grade because we have already identified their capabilities and have plans to propel them into the positions of their dreams.
